Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

Whether it's due to a sudden hospitalization or a progressing illness, you or a loved one may find yourself in need of more advanced medical care. Should this situation arise, Cheney Care Community's Skilled Nursing program will be there to support you and care for your changing needs.  Our Medicare-certified program emphasizes a family-oriented and compassionate care environment delivered by a licensed and friendly staff.

Individualized care plans are developed for our residents by a multi-disciplinary team of physical, speech, occupational, rehabilitative and respiratory therapists. 

We emphasize personalized plans of care based on our resident's existing levels of function.  Our Gentle Care program is led by our caring and specialized staff who design custom programs for each resident that balance personalized activities with family and community involvement.  Large open spaces and access to a courtyard and garden area allow our residents to move freely while still being monitored by staff.
